Krystyna was born in Poland. She finished her study at The University of Warsaw as a theoretical physicist. After moving to Canada, she worked as a scientist at The University of Calgary on Aurora Borealis. She studied art by attending variety of courses like Visual Art Course at The Rosebud School of The Fine Arts , Free Brush Techniques run by artist Wang Kui, and Landscape painting Course at Alberta College of Art & Design. Since 1989 she has been involved in organizing international schools in Warsaw, Calgary and Vancouver. For nine years she was running and acting as a president of Equilibrium International Education Institute in Calgary. In 2003 she joined her husband Brian and moved to Lorell Ranch in the foothills at the base of The Rocky Mountains where she finds her inspiration. Her passion is painting and photographing nature. Krystyna's work is included in many private collections in Poland, Canada, Japan and USA. In March 2004 she received an Active Status of Federation of Canadian Artists.
